Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Edinburgh
Hi, welcome — if you've landed here, you've come looking for something. Can I help?
That curiosity that got you here may be from feelings of overwhelmed, loss or sadness that creates a stuckness we cannot see past or around.
Does this sound familiar?
Sharing creates a path that may not have been visible before – let me help you on yours.
I can offer time, to bring whatever you can see or can only feel to talk through gently and safely.
A safe space to meet yourself, to understand your patterns, your past, and see your way forward.
Still usure, that's alright, read a little further, you do not need to decide now or to do this alone.
Believe me, talking helps.
“Deep understanding is, I believe, the most precious gift one can give to another.”
How we might work together
You don't have to arrive with everything worked out
You don’t need to be able to name it or even know exactly what is wrong to come to see me. We can begin wherever you are.
The number of sessions is up to you
Some people find that a relatively small number of sessions is helpful, while others value having a longer period of support. It is within your control.
Regularity can create a sense of safety
What I do ask is that you come weekly, for however many sessions you feel. We can discuss what works best for you when we first meet.
